I think Gundy was trying to get them to hurry up and start the offense- since you have to pass the ball 4 times before every shot, he was worried that the shot-clock would expire before they completed the 4 passes.

amazing how so many folx act like JVG was waving
the guards for a fast break . . .He was waving them
to get tothe frontcourt . . to set up the offense

This team was made for Francis
    - Mobley
    - Hill
-a defensive, rebounding PF who can score
-a center who doesn't want the ball but plays hard

Orlando is my 2nd favorite team!!!!

i second this post. steve will always be one of my favorite players and it's nice for him to get some love from his fans which i think he will in orlando.

as a rocket steve ran a piss-poor fast break, he's quick and has all the athletic ability in the world but he doesn't make the best decisions on the run which is why we saw so many botched 2 on 1s and 3 on 1s. i haven't seen an orlando game yet but i'm thinking steve will benefit alot from running a break with hill who is a true point- forward.

I agree. Hill is the perfect SF to go with Steve and Mobley. Remember Cat's quote about Odom? I'm happy that Steve's happy and comfortable in Orlando.

I like the Orlando starting five and I'm rooting for them. And I'm also glad that Steve's playing in an offense designed for him on another team. I wouldn't say a team oriented around Steve can 't win it all, but I'll take my chances on Yao and T-Mac.

That's 7 for the game. Still a problem. As for the people wondering why JVG didn't have the Rockets running last year, 7 turnovers in a game is a MAJOR issue why. I don't care if you had 7 in one half and none in the other. 7 turnovers is 7 turnovers and that is going to catch up to the Magic once they play better teams and other teams adjust to them. Orlando will still have a fine team though.

like Bad calls . . . .it depends on when they happen
A bad traveling on the last play of the game is killer
but elsewhere it is not as bad

    6 in the 1st is bad. . . don't get me wrong
but settling down and playing better after half says 1 or 2 things
    1. Francis focused and concentrated more or
    2. The Coach got him to play better . . .by whatever means
