    that was what i was implying with my statement about his contract, Rockets should play him up to his contract . His contract demands a bigger role than BEV and lesser than Harden. Now it's gone way too low. Seriously we don't want an asik 2 situation. if he breaks it should because he cannot meet that demand. Anyway the way we played him in the last 2 games seemed to work, but i am cautiously optimist about it . Lets see it work vs an elite team like the thunder.

    Asik was 26/27 last year with a lot of international experience against good competition. Comparing him to D-Mo or other young players doesn't make sense.

    All players develop at different rates. Not even the best basketball minds will be able to tell you which young players are going to continually improve and which ones aren't.

    You have some one like Raymond Felton. The #4 overall draft pick who played well from the beginning but never really improved that much.

    Then you have Steve Nash #15 overall pick who started out slowly but continually improved throughout his career.

    He exceeded his career AVG. in points his 5th year : best - 10th year
    He exceeded his career AVG. in 3pt % his 6th year : best - 12th year
    He exceeded his career AVG. in assists his 8th year. best- 11th year
    He exceeded his career AVG. in shooting % his 9th year. Best-12th year

    My point is that everyone develops at a different rate.

    Judging from the chinese character, Harden is under death penalty so they are about to execute Harden by decapitation. This is one funny piece of PS job:)
