IT IS A NON GUARANTEED DEAL FOR A SUMMER LEAGUE.

people's ability to b**** at things that don't matter never ceases to amaze me.

i saw about 3 goal tendings in that vid. he doesnt seem to have a post up game or a consistent shot but at least he can dunk it, which is an upgrade over chuck and juwon. i dont think he can provide the same hustle as chuck though.

LOL at people wanting the new GM gone before the first summer league game.

I'm with you. This whole thread cracks me up. Why are you people so upset about a non-guaranteed contract for summer league/training camp fodder?

He Can play SF as well. he seems very athletic. He is much different than chuck simply because of his athleticism, range, and versatility.

Move over Duncan and Boozer. There's a new sheriff in town.

I wonder how much they pay players with a non-guaranteed contract. Just curious.

I'm sure it's league minimum, and since Harris hasn't actually played in the NBA, he'll get rookie-scale min contract.

I guess you did not read or did not understand what I said. I said it was not about the signing but about the Rox new (old) approach to acquiring players that is worrisome to some people.

    Shouting is rude, you realize.

I dont understand what the big deal is. This guy looks mobile enough to play 3. You guys all say that artest can play 4 cuz he's a beast, landry and harris are beasts too compared to the modern power forward. the fact that they are shorter and weigh more = more muscle. I wouldnt worry about it. It seems like height might be something that moneyball sees as overvalued. If these guys can play, who cares how tall they are.

P.S. we happen to have the tallest player in the NBA, so we will always have mismatch problems. And to answer that guy's question on who is another undersized pf who is successful, how about three time allstar shawn marion?

    Dennis Rodman 6-6
    Dave Debusschere 6-6
    Larry Johnson 6-7

    All All-Stars.

If I went up to 6-8 I could add Elton Brand, Carlos Boozer and a ton of hall of famers from back in the day.

Were people this dumb last year when we signed Casey Jacobson and Scott Padgett to contracts, Padgett's was actually partially guaranteed if I recall correctly? who cares, IF he makes the roster he'll play the role of the 15th man, who cares!

I don't remember them being quite this dumb. People seem to be exceptionally hard on Morey.

His lack of height doesn't bother me at all. I mean, how tall does a guy have to be to hand towels and Gatorade to the *real* NBA players during training camp?
