    Heads up, Football/Soccer/Fútbol enthusiasts:

FIFA dates for friendlies and preparation are here again! Today there will be a few more matches but important to most of us are the following:
USA vs. Argentina - 6 pm
Univision (just saw a commercial for it), ESPN2

México vs. Paraguay - 4 pm
Univisión HD coverage starts at 3:30

I am still trying to find out when other channels will show the USA game in English. More than likely it's "ESBN."

    Gee.

Could easily be a nice facility for a World Cup Final in 2022.

    I predict a 2-1 Argentina.

I hope for a good game, although the Albicelestes will play dirty on Dempsey and Donovan. If Bob Bradley is smart enough, he'll take out Bocanegra out soon. Stopping Messi is the #1 priority. I don't know what is up with Davies... anyone know why he isn't there?

    INDIVISIBLE.

    ¡Vamos, Estados Unidos!

That was so classless it was beyond words. Fitting that the event is in Joisey.

I'm going 2-1 as well. Take out Boca for whom? The USA has no solid contenders at left back hence Boca playing there.

Indeed. I assumed there wouldn't be any silence when asked for it and sort of not surprised someone yelled this. Just didn't expect to hear it on camera.

Yeah, I was kinda disappointed in that. They probably had a few beers in them already.

I'll go with 1-0 Argentina. Messi will find a way to get one in, or be part of a play to get one in.

ferrari, I am not sure. I was thinking Bornstein, Spector, Gooch, and Demerit, but can't remember if either play both sides...
I caught that on ESPN2 and I don't think UNIVISION even had that moment of silence.

GOOCH is hurt. He is trotting along. Still hasn't been the same since Costa Rica.

MY GOODNESS, can the U.S. keep the ball at all? :( Hasn't been on ARG's defensive side in about 5 minutes.

Argentina can have it all the way. Long as they don't let them score. (which they just did)

Just get them back on the counter.

    GOLazo! Cambiasso 42'
True. This appears to be the most effective way USA can score... at least that I can sadly remember mostly.

    USA needs Davies badly.

Yeah but Spectors already on the right. Bornsteins World Cup was an aberration imho. The US need another Jermaine Jones(American parents but grew up and playing in another country) to step up to the plate at left back.

Yeah Gooch should be withdrawn at the half. No point soldiering on in this match. Maybe give Tim Ream some playing time in the 2nd half in front of the home crowd.

I can't believe it took Ian Darke 30 mins to compare Argentina's play to Barcelona. It was evident after 5 mins they way they were toying with the US. Just disgusting if they can take that form into the Copa America.

Messi's control on the goal and abuse of Boca was sickening.
Tim Howard is still an absolute BOSS. No surprises there. US goalkeeper is a standout.
