random hot girl = me... def not 40, and posting the pic was a late night bad decision. Let's just say alcohol and the BBS don't always mix  PM me and you'll stop calling me out for being a guy, I promise!
i watched it, great food, great place, great people. i certainly wouldn't drive hours to get BBQ. i think there are many restaurants in the houston area that are just as good.
Drove down to Lexington today for Snows. Sausage - Really really good, but Kreuz is better. A little bit on the drier side, but still extremely good. Pork Ribs - It was good, but on the dry and chewy side. Brisket - This was easily one of the best things I have eaten in my life. Absolutely amazing. Perfect fails to describe it. Crispy on the outside and fall-apart moist and juicy from the inside. Easily worth the drive from Houston. If you live in TX, you should definitely try this out.
If you haven't been to Snows you're missing out. A few friends and I did the Top 5 BBQ places (according to Texas Monthly). Snow's brisket is just flat out amazing. Best BBQ I've ever had.
