This. Gatorade is good, but some physicians recommend pedialyte, it has less sodium and more electrolytes. I know it's for babies, but even professional athletes prefer pedialyte over Gatorade to replenish lost electrolytes. Also you should be feeling great by tomorrow morning, if you're bot I'd go see your doctor.

I think I have Norovirus right now. Been in meetings yesterday and everyone who was in the same room with me (headache and nausea started during the meeting) is sick as well :O. Not pretty, I tell ya.
Had this pretty bad after traveling. Feel your pain. I ended up on metronidazole for travelers diarrhea. Also had vomiting. This thread reminds me not to eat so freely over seas or jack in the box
Typically food poisoning occurs 4 to 5 hours after you eat [the food] and it rarely lasts more than 24 hours. I would toss it up as a stomach bug. If it is still bad, I would talk to your doctor. As you said, it has been more than 24 hours already.
Considering this thread is almost one year old, if it is still occurring it is much more than a stomach bug.
Probably mentioned already in thread. But there is a bad virus going around. Projectile vomit...and explosive diarrhea. Stay hydrated. Trifecta virus going around with the coming flu Edit: old thread .....never mind
