Just got back from lunch at this mainly vegetarian/vegan restaurant. They offer two fish dishes, salmon and tuna, otherwise it's pretty much vegetarian fare. Order at the counter and your food is brought to your table. Sandwiches and burgers are served with your choice of soup of the day, green salad or fries. I am not vegetarian but have no problem eating tofu, tempeh or veggies. For those on a stricter diet, the vegan offerings are bountiful as well! I highly recommend Field Of Greens for a nice, healthy change of pace!

rockHEAD....didn't this place used to be Ziggy's Healthy Grill? How does it stack up to that place?

Ziggy's moved down the street, to where Movable Feast used to be.

Same spot, Ziggy's is now located at Greenbriar and W. Alabama in the old Moveable Feast location.

It doesn't compare. Ziggy's offers lots of meat and exotic wildlife while Field Of Greens only offers vegetarian items and 2 fish items. I think FoG's is more healthy than Ziggy's.

Gotcha. Did Ziggy's recently close? Also, anyone been to the Movable Feast since it moved out to the Katy Freeway?

I work in that area, so I've stopped by Moveable Feast a couple of times. Good stuff, they have a lot of options.

Moveable Feast made the absolute BEST chicken salad! I don't get out on the Katy Freeway very much so I have never been to the current location.

And as far as I know, Ziggy's is still open.
