Lol I'll believe it when they walk to the ring. Both sides are saying they've been wanting the fight and accuse each other of ducking. So we will see. Won't get my hopes up though.

5 years ago, this would've been huge. Now, not so much.

I suppose this will be enough to get me into boxing again for at least a day or two.

    So, who's the favorite?

An early Christmas gift for all boxing fans. It's finally happening.

That's great but it could be devastating for us fans if one of them gets injured during training and then the fight gets postponed.

The Max kellerman showdown will be better than the fight itself. I predict both fighters dancing around for 12 rounds nothing actually happening. Like someone said it's 5 years too late.

its not happening based on this.

dude wants to pay pac less than 40M? he made 25M tax free fighting alergy.

another issue is the 'has to be on showtime' cause in his contract mayweather gets rakes in the ppv. he obviously doesnt want to forgo that.

make it 60/40 and just fight lmao

Floyd is going to do what he always does, which is make so many concessions that would be an insult for Manny to accept the fight.

Mayweather don't want to fight Manny.

    Mayweather would tear GGG up.

He is too fast, and is just a much better athlete/boxer.

Floyd is so sound defensively that it just doesn't matter how much power you have.

GGG is great at cutting the ring unlike maidana, and he would definitely hurt mayweather as GGG doesn't have to worry about mayweather's power.

as emanuel stewart says you need to have a good jab to trouble floyd, and Golovkin has a good jab, incredible power at middleweight with both hands, and he cuts off the ring well, and is willing to take punishment to dish it out.

It only takes one shot to take someone out, and if Maidana could trouble Floyd the way he did and connect then Golovkin can.

Just got done watching a replay of Mayweather/Mosley, and the difference between that Floyd and the one we see now is immense. He's fallen off in a big way.

Doubt this happens. May weather is trying to put showtime boxing on the map. And arum won't budge. Specially if Floyd wants anything more than50%.

The ONLY reason Floyd still draws is because he is undefeated and ppl are dying to watch him lose. His boxing style is lame. I'm not paying for any may weather matches. I say that knowing he will never fight manny.

60-40 with 60 going to the winner is how it should be. Unfortunately Floyd is too greedy to agree to these terms.
