Yeah. He's young. I missed all kinds of appointments at 20. Unlike Manziel this guy has a lot of talent and ability, but never had the competitive spirit. For 20, his talent to how actually good he is ratio sucks. But so did DeAndre's.

LOL at all you judgmental people that have only followed the kid since being drafted making up all type of accusations, grow up...kid is a stud who had terrible coaching at A&M and still managed to blossom...having a coach like Stephens will do wonders for his game, he is raw but reminds me of a deadre/montrezz clone

Robert Williams has an artery condition in both of his legs according to Fred Katz of Masslive.com.
In addition to some character concerns, this may explain why he dropped on draft night. Williams has Popliteal artery entrapment syndrome, a vascular disease that is found most often in athletes. It can lead to cramping and calf pain during exercises, but Williams' condition is "not too serious" according to one of Katz' sources. Williams admitted that he has been dealing with tendinitis in his left knee since last year, and he's already missed a pair of games in Vegas with a knee contusion.

Umm, that's a violation of player privacy to release info of vascular disease.

Fred Katz is the Celtics Beat Writer. If Williams himself is not the source, someone (even the team) could get in trouble.

    From the CBA:

    (e) A player or his immediate family (where appropriate) shall have the
right to approve the terms and timing of any public release of medical
information relating to any injuries, illnesses or other health conditions
suffered by that player that are potentially life- or career-threatening, or
that do not arise from the player’s participation in NBA games or
practices. If a Team or the NBA requests such approval and the player or
his immediate family (where appropriate) does not provide it, then the
Team is limited to disclosing that an injury, illness or other health
condition is preventing a player from rendering services to the Team and
that the anticipated length of the player’s absence from rendering services
to the Team is unknown. Nothing in this Section 4(e) shall limit a Team
from disclosing medical information related to an injury, illness or other
health condition with respect to any player who has made medical
information available publicly that is inconsistent with the written opinion
    of a Team physician.
PAES can be congenital and can lead to blood clots, among other not so nice things:

The popliteal artery entrapment syndrome is a rather uncommon pathology, which results in claudication and chronic leg ischemia. The popliteal artery may be compressed behind the knee, due to congenital deformity of the muscles or tendon insertions of the popliteal fossa. This repetitive trauma may result in stenotic artery degeneration, complete artery occlusion [blockage/clotting] or even formation of an aneurysm.
