You always know that you don't tell a girl that you like her cuz it makes you look like an idiot!

Majority of the time it doesn't work. It's usually on the girl to make it work.

The girl is always afraid that she'll lose you and the guy will usually want to take that risk to see if there's anything more.

With that said, when it does work, it works. I know a few married friends where they were friends for a LONG time and they ended up marrying each other. So there are instances where it does work.

Those instances could be the exception to the rule, however.

 

Just don't resort to p*rn.

 

If 90s y 2000s Rom Coms have taught me anything is that the friend always gets the girl.

I missed this earlier. I also agree with this.

 

Never tell a person of the opposite sex "how you feel". That NEVER works. If your friends, just put yourself in a good situation. Tell her you got free tickets to something she likes and invite her, have a few drinks, or just get yourselves into a romantic situation. Just like in sports, put yourself in a situation to succeed. Telling a girl how you feel is just a Hail Mary, a low percentage play.

 

Very good points. If you've already slept with her, it becomes more like an inside slant. You still have to be aggressive, but it is a relatively safe call with potentially huge rewards if you execute properly.
