Why? Because this is Murica! The GREATEST NATION IN THE WORLD!!! I'm more conservative than most on this board and don't really like this new idea of popping fireworks on Christmas Eve! If it was up to me I would ban the sale of fireworks to the general public and petition the city to organize city-sponsored fireworks displays all over the county! Having said that, I don't see the difference between popping fireworks on New Year's Eve, the 4th of July, OR Christmas! (P.S.) I agree with @cebu that this thread has a racist overtone to it ...
