Oh ok. That's what I thought. 95% of the posters in the "Please no 2 Melo" campaign are Zhou Qi, Ryno & DMo fans. I'm assuming they think Melo may take Qi, DMo's or Ryno's chance blossoming into a superstar. Good luck thinking that
Sad that the only Melo thread on page 1 is the one with the clickbait title. So bumping this (rather than making a new one) to ask if we know when he’ll be able to be signed. Do we have a timeline (rough or actual) of when he’ll be bought out? Really don’t want to lose him. Capela/Nene/Anderson Tucker/Melo/Anderson Ennis/Melo/Green Harden/Gordon/Green Paul/Harden/Gordon/MCW On paper that team could compete with last years. Plus we’ll still have the Luc/PJ/Green types we can sign around the deadline. Feeling pretty good if we land Melo.
Melo accepting a bench role means so much more than just, Melo accepting a bench role. It would mean that for once in his life, he’d be putting a team before himself. That’s pretty motivating.
I understand him going to LA but not Miami We should be able to move him around the SF/PF to get enough playtime that he wants. Melo doesnt need to be coming off the bench IMO
I still can't see that happening, he's still a very good player. IMO Tucker heads back to the bench or plays SF with Ennis backing him up.
What exactly will it take for anti-Melo fans to accept Melo into Rednation (being that it almost seems inevitable)?
all the "anti-melo" fans see value in him if he accepts a certain limited role on this team and puts the team first
I would love that and hope that Warriors play him at least for 30 minutes against us. But they are too smart for that.
