Honestly, I wasn't trying to make fun of the other two threads. After I voted in the Led Zeppelin thread and started reading the responses, I realized how hard it would be to set up a poll like that without having "Other" be the most popular choice. So I made an extreme example.
I understand that, your poll really did make me laugh, so I didn't take offense. That was a good idea actually.
Something I Want You (She's So Heavy) Continuing Story of Bungalow Bill Blackbird Michelle Happiness Is a Warm Gun Norwegian Wood (This Bird Has Flown) Day in the Life
Impossible to pick only one. My top 5: 1. Tomorrow Never Knows 2. Happiness is a Warm Gun 3. Don't Let Me Down 4. Across The Universe ( the Naked version, not the crappy Specter version) 5. Strawberry Fields Forever
A Day In the Life is my fave, as mentioned, but others up there include: You've Got To Hide Your Love Away, Twist and Shout, Across the Universe, Don"t Let Me Down, Ballad of J&Y, Let It Be, Something, Revolution, Norwegien Wood, and Come Together.
Yesterday and Hey Jude are my top favs, but I really like 90% of what the Beatles put out, so I've got a bunch of close favorites after those two.
Dear Prudence Lucy in the sky with Diamonds Happiness is a warm gun distant second... Baby your a rich man Julia A day in the life
Yesterday I am not a big Beatles fan but really like this song. Plus it helped get them out of their boy bad era.
