OK, so I was at Boston's Pizza a couple weeks ago and one of their coasters asked who's the Best actor? I did a quick search and couldn't find anything recent, so thought I'd post the question. Didn't want to post a poll since I have so many, (I'm sure I forgot a few) but who are your favorites?

    Here's my top 10 -

    1) Robert DeNiro
    2) Samuel Jackson
    3) Gene Hackman
    4) John Candy
    5) Eddie Murphy
    6) Jack Nicholson
    7) Steve Martin
    8) Denzel Washington
    9) Harrison Ford
    10) Mel Gibson

On another note, who's the best villian?

    1) Alan Rickman (Die Hard)
    2) Anthony Hopkins (Silence of the Lambs)
    3) Robert DeNiro (Untouchables)
    4) Paul Gleason (Breakfast Club)
    5) Jack Nicholson (Batman)
    6) Al Pacino (Scarface)
    7) Anthony Perkins (Psycho)
    8) James Earl Jones & David Prowse (Darth Vader - Star Wars)
    9) Arnold Schwarzenegger (Terminator)
    10) Samuel Jackson (Pulp Fiction)

    Forrest Whitacker
    Sean Penn
    Steve Beschemi
    and the "retired" Tom Hulce

what is so cool is that has been my top 4 for over 10 yrs and 2 of them finally got recognized in that span. Yet, Hulce is the best of the 4, imo.

I'm a fan of Matt Damon and Will Smith. Not your typical actors that guys like a lot (esp. after Team America, hahah).. but whatever.

Too many to name, but my favorite actor right now is Aaron Eckhart.
He usually excels in the b*stard or flawed character roles, but he can play the sensitive type without being smarmy. Hasn't been in one bad movie so far.
