Ditto. If I were to get married, I know that I'd miss a few more Rockets games and spend less time on this site...but any woman who thinks I am going to give up something I love just because I'm getting married is out of her mind.

I dont understand what getting married has to do with browsing the BBS. Is she forcing him to make a choice or does he think he is doing a noble thing? To each his own but it seems a bit dramatic
According to their website, their rehearsal dinner is at ESPN Zone in DC. She'll let him have a rehearsal dinner at ESPN zone, but he has to quit the BBS? Hmmm....
I think the BBS could help or hurt a marriage. In a needy relationship (which could be ok) the bbs will hurt it. Those people need to spend time together and the bbs is like another woman. In a clostrophobic relationship it's a good way for someone to get seperation from the spouse and have a private world. That way both people get some space from each other. Tough call. But in general, if the bbs makes you happy, then it's not good to leave it out of your life.
She must've read the "ride, ride" thread... Anyways, Congrats for the marriage, and here's to many future years of being the whipped hubby you are.
Coming from someone who posts more than anyone, AND essentially runs two businesses, AND has the time to be a husband and a father to a toddler, being faithful to the BBS shouldn't be an issue. Its all about time management.
