10 team standard. Pick 1 T.Coleman, T.Hill, K.Rudolph, J.Stewart, J.White, M.Jones Notes: I have Kelce in my TE spot and Tate in my WR2 slot. I'm leaning Coleman because I am under the impression that Chicago is not good and the script is in Atlanta's favor. Any ideas? I have switched out Tyreek like 10 times already this week and dunno who's the better play.
I'd go Coleman for the reason you mentioned. They could get up early and rest foreman As for tyreek, it's just a bad matchup imo. I feel like he will be blanketed by belicheck
Yeah... I benched Tyreek, started Kelce (who the Patriots game planned for) and started Patriots DST. FML Least I know now that Tyreek is a must start every week because he gets open so easily. Patriots DST performance, I hope, is an outlier. I wasn't planning on streaming.
"Knee jerk" Hunt is gonna win my league for me. Honestly, he looked amazing early even in his early struggles. Once he got comfortable he looked amazing.
He went undrafted in my league. I had the 12th pick so I had the #1 waiver claim (and obviously used that claim for him).
So last night received a message from another owner (the owner that won the championship (and fleeced me with a my Blount for his Fitzgerald trade last year). He noticed I had a lot of RBs this season was wondering if I'd like to discuss a trade. Seems early for trades but here's my RBs: Melvin Gordon, Kareem Hunt, Tevin Coleman, Rob Kelley, and Terrence West. My weakest position is TE: Coby Fleener. MY WRs: are OBJ, Keenan Allen, Alshon Jeffery, Kelvin Benjamin. My QBs are Big Ben and Dalton. His roster: Drew Brees NO - QB Doug Baldwin Sea - WR Larry Fitzgerald Ari - WR Carlos Hyde SF - RB Eddie Lacy Sea - RB Kyle Rudolph Min - TE Jamison Crowder Was - WR Stephen Gostkowski NE - K Minnesota Min - DEF Jay Ajayi Mia - RB Carson Palmer Ari - QB Mike Wallace Bal - WR O.J. Howard TB - TE Samaje Perine Was - RB I suspect he is trying to move quickly because Ajayi is out this week and he is faced with starting Lacy. Would a quick swap of my Rob Kelley for his Rudolph be enough of an improvement over Fleener to make it worth me helping him out? Him getting an early loss would definitely be a value to me and the entire league. Is there some longer term play I should be considering (ie. His Rudolph and Baldwin for my Kelley or West or even Coleman and Keenan Allen?
Imo if you don't have a top te you can actually just stream a te every week depending on matchups. Te5-15 are relatively equal value imo It's better to have a stock full of rbs than a marginal te upgrade even though I don't like fleener
Be patient my friend. You should be the trade instigator: so don't let him dictate scenario with you. I see improvement needed from a WR stand point for you to win it all and would recommend looking in to that kind of upgrade. Hunt would be a great guy to trade if you can nab a top 10 wideout. Your RB core is deep enough to consider letting Hunt go. He's going to be game planned for from now on. I played last year with a similar scenario to you. I won 3/4 leagues. I traded Elliot after 4 games(one good game/3 ehh games) for Jordy Nelson and Rodgers(I was weaker at both positions). Won the league because of that trade. My other RB's were still a top 5 pair each week.
Very very true. My point being unless you are getting a guy you "feel" comfortable starting every week, aka gronk kelce reed, than it isn't worth trading for a te "upgrade"
Yeah sell high. The patriots run like 5 backs and it differs week to week. I would try and find a sucker
