Look man who gives a **** if it's fake or not? Why are you so determined to prove it is so and why do you care so much? There are people out there who are ridiculously, extremely talented and I believe 100% that this is possibly real. I'm not claiming I know for sure it is. Just chill bro. Enjoy life.
Apparently this was made with a software called ProCreate. The artist sent in the original file to the company so they can verify that it was all done legitimately. So I guess we'll see.
