email. i just received my 3rd one this year, 4th since the holidays. and i know i've never tried to login to my own account unsuccessfully 5 times. Dear finalsbound, Someone has tried to log into your account on ClutchFans with an incorrect password at least 5 times. This person has been prevented from attempting to login to your account for the next 15 minutes. The person trying to log into your account had the following IP address: 80.7.77.221 All the best, ClutchFans other IP addresses were 77.23.70.196, 91.216.148.2, and 176.40.198.224 in nov 2012. i think someone from clutchfans somehow hacked my email late last year and sent private chat convos to other people, because they sent it claiming to be another poster here who i know. which was total bull****, and i really don't know what the motivation could have been. it's just annoying. i was curious as to whether other posters also get these periodically or if someone is still trying to stir up stuff. get a life, whoever it is.
Could it be that the person who gave you that moniker is suddenly trying to gain back what was once his?

Clutch could probably find out who that IP address belongs to if it belongs to another dudes account here.
Many possible situations: Multiple people. Same person accessing on different devices (PC, phone, tablet, etc.) Person using an online proxy.
Probably a proxy. All of the IP addresses resolve to European ISPs, 1 England, 1 Germany, and 2 Turkey. But the first one is Virgin Mobile, I'm not sure if that means it has to be a phone, if so it probably isn't a proxy.
