I'm not @SamFisher and I have no fantasies, but I'd think an independent commission (like they have in several states) to draw the congressional boundaries, this might be a good idea. Get the gerrymandering out. There's no reason that the districts in Texas should be as bizarre as they are.



eta: and yeah, we keep the Senate. Didn't know that was up for debate.
