Pretty sure this guy is just reading tweets. I can literally tell you the tweet that uses the word "nails" and the bystander who tweeted that video was just speculating. All we could see was women was bleeeding through her pants, from a rather large explosion that hurled ppl 30ft,,,quote from victim in BBC article below This BBC article has better info and victim quotes. But you actually have to click the linK and read the accounts vs one liner tweets
You should tweet that, like the David CBS guy. Yeah, he has a chance of being right, but I'm nearly 53.7% sure he tweeted that because there are some tweets from worried friends and relatives saying "has anyone seen this girl, she hasn't replied to our messages and was at concert". That's some solid news there. Just saying twitter is famous for being wrong early here, and the comments from UK to that guy's tweet is there is absolutely no other news outlets in UK and certainly no police reports mentioning victims to that level of detail That CBS David guy put out two questionable tweets that read like he's just reading twitter and has no source of his own.
