I dont understand why their organization felt so pressured to GO ALL IN so quickly, they've traded lottery picks in consecutive years now for guys that haven't proven to move the needle much (Asik and Jrue). I don't think you trade draft picks for veterans when you haven't even made the playoffs yet with your core. I hope they don't mismanage Brow's career because of bad decisions.

their biggest problem has always been health and still is. thats including AD. he hasn't had a healthy season yet to this date. he still has to prove he can make it through a full season. he can put up all the numbers he wants but it won't matter if he can't be relied upon to complete duration of a season.

You would lose in this situation.

Come on, it's not that bad. :p
    The picture, not the injury.

Not as if I posted the GIF.

You gotta love that classic sports fan hindsight bias... Because we ALL knew Noel was gonna be this good, right? Where was this thread last July?

Anyways, Wiggins has still been very good, arguably better. Parker was damn good while he was healthy, too.

I think a guy like asik is worth more than a number 13 pick.

What do they have to do with Noel? They were drafted the year after him. (I don't think even a healthy Noel would have gone ahead of either of them anyway).

Personally I don't really think Noel/Davis is a good pairing and I thought they might trade that pick on draft day after calling his name. Redundant skill sets sometimes look good on paper but don't really fit well on the court, especially since Noel is totally anemic on offense.

Wiggins has absolutely been better, Wiggins is only behind Davis as a totally untouchable under-23 player in the league.

I'd much rather have Noel and Davis than Asik and Davis. This isn't the Asik I remember playing for us. He was a monster defensively and on the boards. He got abused by DMo. At least Noel and mobile and can catch a bounce pass.

Harden made Asik look good...that's all.

Giannis better than both of them lol. The reality is the Cavs were picking first, that's really all you need to know about this pick.

True. After watching Asik against us the other night, I realize a 1st round pick is a great value for him. He's basically just an elite rebounder rim protector and an absolute 0 on the other side.
