    This team has the habit of doing this, either due to lack of will of the star play, or the lack of defensive/offensive strategy of the coach.

    we lost the past 2 game 7s b/c talent-wise, the other team was simply more talented and deeper. and that team will usually in a 7 game series.

    in this series, we're more experienced, more talented, jst as deep so i expect us to win.

    i do believe it will go 7, but I think the Rockets will pull this one off.

    This series will not be as easy as the regular season. Portland is entering the playoffs on a high. And nobody knows if Brandon Roy has "another level" in the playoffs.

    Winning leads to championships
    Winning requires beating a teams
    Beating teams require beating every team in the league
    Therefore losing game = end of the line.

    How a fan makes themselves feel better?
    Losing is because of McGrady
    McGrady now hurt.
    Losing is now because of Alston
    Alston traded
    Losing is now because of Artest
    Artest shoots good percentage
    Losing is now because of Brooks
    Lowry plays more minutes than Brooks
    Losing is now because of RA

    In many ways tonight's game against Dallas was like a game 7 and the Rockets did not fair well.

    This team will not win a game 7 on the road. We'd better hope that the series don't go 7. If we can steal one in Portland early (one of the first two games), we have a chance to finish them off in 6. The Blazers are not a good road team.

    Rockets in 6 or Portland in 7.

    Had it not been for a fluke b.r. 3 pt. shot we would've swept them with the last win being a 14 pt. beat down of the blazers.

    I think going up against the blazers, rockets also holds a psychological advantage and chuck hayes gets in the head of aldridge. They're coaching staff is probably already dissecting tapes of Yao right now. The only problem I think might happen is that this young team feeds off it's super excited playoff hungry homecrowd for the first 2 games. But when the dust settles, clearly the rockets team is more physical, experience, have better players overall to beat the blazers
