I only miss Posey, Cassell, Cuttino, Horry, and Boki The Mailman Slayer.

Boki was gay. He tried to forcefully strip Malone.

I hope that some of the ex Rockets get a ring this year.
I want Sam and Cuttino 2 get a championship because they were great Rockets.

I agree with you; however, odds favor Big Shot Rob getting yet another ring instead... assuming any ex-Rockets get rings at all. (cf. Detroit Pistons)

Those guys would make a pretty good team, certainly better than the Rockets without Ming or TMac.

How many of these guys are actually contributing to their teams being in the playoffs? Probably less than half.

    Cato - no
    DA - no
    SA - no
    Boki - no
    Padgett - no
Othello My Fellow - maybe a little
    Horry - yes

    Posey - yes
    Cassell - yes
    Baker - um....no
    Mobes - yes
    JJ - no
    KT - yes

In hindsight, we shouldn't have traded away Cassell and Horry for Barkley... But what's done is done.

What I wouldn't give to undo that Horry for xxx trade . . .

This guy should be on the list of all-time greats and in the HOF w/o a doubt . . .

How stupid does Danny Ainge feel right now for trading this guy because 'he got mad because he was on the bench and not in at the end of a game they lost?!?!!?'

And just so it can be documented somewhere, I predict Horry makes an even bigger shot this year and has an even 'clutcher' performance this year than he had last year!

I'm sorry, but that's a little dramatic there....I agree that he's a great role player, and that there aren't too many more clutch players out there, but the HOF? The dude averages 7 pts, 5 rebs, 2 assts over his career....his only real calling card is making the big three-pointer when it counts, and if thats criteria for the Hall, what about players like Vernon Maxwell or B.J. Armstrong....they made huge shots when it counted. I know that you were referring to the fact that Horry has a fistful of rings to go along with his big shots, but that still doesn't give him Hall of Fame credentials, let alone the cred to be mentioned with the GREATS (wilt, MJ, magic, bird, etc.) Having the most 3's in playoff history is also a great footnote to his career, but the playoffs are only a part of someone's career. What about the 82 games of basketball he plays before the playoffs? I'm not saying don't give him credit where credit is due, but don't exaggerate his role either.

    Karl Malone is still ringless.

    And Malone undercut him.

and Boki blocked his **** on the next play.

Don't EVER mention BJ Armstrong and Maxwell in the same sentence.
That's like mentioning Chris Mihm with Hakeem.

Boki was in pure form then...I still can't believe they called a foul on him when he blocked Malone...I'm also a proponent of bringing Sam back...He's demonstrated he can play well and fit in with any type of team...He's also shown that he can be the third scoring option if he has other stars on his team (see Milwaukee Bucks season stats for 2001 in particular)...It wouldn't negatively affect T-Mac and Yao at all, I think he and the Rockets would thrive if they brough him in and he's indicated that he's interested in coming back.
