Pianigiani doesn't have a actual game plan on offense, they rely individual performances of Bellinelli,Barganani,Gentile,Gallinari hugely.That's a talented group so they remain competative. Also their defense is subpar at best.

You can do that with like 10 seconds on the clock and the opponent having no timout left - but under these circumstances... Fleming is an excellent choice as a Nuggets assistant, they will lose a lot.
