You dont need inside sources to tell you the Knicks have problem. Broussard is such a tool. Just makes me respect Melo even less. He had a chance to go out and be on winners but wanted the money and fame of New York. Well, he is rich and lives in New York, thats about it. The triangle is a great system but, you need 2 stars and 10 role players, not big headed guys like Hardaway jr and JR Smith. If there existed such a thing to keep JR Smith down to earth and idiot-prone-free, he would be great off the rockets bench.
Anthony is a team player. There's no 'I' in Carmelo Anthony, coincidence ? I think not. Wait... but there is a 'me'. Nevermind myth busted.
Agreed. He had to have expected this to go better right? To the point i made up a little higher....you need 2 stars and 10 role players for the triangle to work, and the 10 guys all have to buy in and accept it. The Knicks are full of egotistical role players. Look at Phils' Lakers and Bulls. Two greats, followed up by players who knew their roles, and played hard. Add in the fact that Phil is a stay at home employee. When does he ever hit the practice court with the team? Do these younger players respect that?
That's what melo gets for going back to that roster.... Our next 2nd round steal will come from that pick.
Players are upset because they are being held accountable & being made to practice hard after a loss...
Melo could have been playing for a contending team THIS YEAR. But he just had to stay in NY. Have fun Melo.
Yeah, a rookie head coach combined with a terrible roster full of egos in the biggest media spotlight in the world is a recipe for success. Come on dude.
I got you man, i was half being sarcastic. In Melo's world he probably though Phil equaled a championship. Then there is certified bone head JR Smith that follows Melo everywhere lol
