Wouldn't have minded adding KG, but with Smoove coming through, not enough room for him.

Seems like the Cavs will push for Brook Lopez, given the Varejao injury

How would they get him? Trade Love for him?

Dunno if that would make sense?

Yeah for that reason and Morey liking cap space probably for a PG (Dragic, Rondo or Reggie Jackson) I don't see a fit.

So the trade Broussard tweeted is impossible by itself, but something like this would work under the cap:

    Brooklyn gets: Stephenson, Perkins
    OKC gets: Lopez
    Charlotte gets: Jack, Lamb, McGary

I think perhaps OKC would have to pitch a pick to Brooklyn to make that even close to fair. But even so that's a strong potential move for the Thunder (not sure why the other two do it, though...)

    I call BS...

OKC is only gonna give up a scrub (Lamb) for a legit Top 15 big man when healthy? Not to mention shed Perkins?

Nope. Or at the very least OKC has to give up some more.

I like it a lot for Charlotte actually, Neal and Roberts haven't been great, and Neal probably won't be back next season, I think this is a move to see if Lamb can fulfill his potential, he is potentially a great fit on the squad, Jack is the kind of PG sixth man they need, they really need another center tho, if Perkins went there or McGary it can really help them.

I just wonder why OKC does it.

Right, I don't mind it as much for Charlotte. It's perplexing for Brooklyn and it's a win-now move for OKC, but costs them deeply in luxury tax next year. They do it if they're willing to overspend to bring in an elite center. Brook can still be top 10, there's no doubt in my mind.
