He's just trying to hard. Seems like players are annoyed of him

Few games ago he was talking to Bev and Bev kinda just shoved hardens hands off him and walked away

In that ESPN link they play various videos about Rockets. PTI's black guy hasn't watched a single Rockets game this year, he argued when old guy said it's all Harden. Black guy said it's not Harden, he's MVP candidate type of player. Srsly, do these talking heads think no one else watches the games like them, so they can talk whatever?

Someone might rally us to get Clutch fired because a lot of us has tuned him out.

    i call BS.

just 3 days ago Mchale and Harden were saying that they have been talking too much.

Now we are supposed to believe that they aired things out so things will be okay?

Ill believe it when i see it.

i wasn't in full blown panic mode to begin with but I do think this season is harder to turn around then just a talk. There are fundamental issues in terms of fit with this team and the required chemistry requires players adapting and changing. That will take time.

Hopefully Harden got called out for his nonexistent defense - since obviously mgmt isnt going to risk upsetting their diva...

Well, I guess the players decided they want a new coach. I don't really see how this firing would have happened otherwise.

Dwight has a reputation as a coach killer... But this seems more on Harden

the fact that they kept stressing that what was talked about in the meeting stays hush hush, leads me to think they decided to tell management mchale's tenure expired

Meetings and quitting... These guys should be wearing suits on the court.

It'd be hard to listen to him preach about effort and defense...

not surprising. all that dribbling and hero ball from harden probably does frustrate alot of players. It worked last year because they were winning and it was a new team. This year not so much.
