@WojYahooNBA: Houston's multi-year offer to Jeremy Lin includes back-loaded money designed to hit the Knicks hard on luxury tax, source tells Y!

@WojYahooNBA: Source close to Lin says that point guard will mull Houston's offer sheet over, and make decision on whether to sign or keep shopping.

Clutchfans should always get ready for the worst case scenario. NY will probably match Lin's offer and we end up with Royce White as our starting PG.

The fact he has made a name for himself in NYC makes him more expensive to sign for a club like Houston.

He's a very big deal in NY. He plays on a team with 2 big name players already on it. The Rockets will have to pay him extra to get him to leave all that...

Again, cutting Lin was a sensible move at that time. he was clearly better than Flynn but he had an unguaranteed contract. Had we had Lin last yearm we wouldve had 4 PGs and Linsanity wouldnt have happened. Him getting vut was a blessing for him because he never wouldve gotten the chance to play here in Houston.
