I tweeted David Thorpe and he declared it was a "software error." I haven't yet checked if he's fixed it. Nice that he replied, though!

Edit: Motiejunas is now #29. Still lower than I'd expect, but not as bad.

I agree and we don't need to search for example too far. Bargnani added 35 pounds this offseason to get stronger, yet he is a hole in defense and much slower in offense. I'd say let's wait with the adding weight thingy.

Obviously you didn't read in detail, but thats ok.

I never said that D-Mo would be a defensive anchor center EVER in the future or that he would be a better defensive player than Henson.

What I was getting at was ON BOTH ENDS he could be more impactful than some potential shot blocking 4's because he can play with a defensive minded 5 on offense unlike alot of defensive 4's who are one way players.

Look at Gasol with the 08 Lakers, Dirk with the 2011 Mavs, etc. for reference. Both teams had the ability to throw a 7 foot center size along with a defensive anchor type center as a defensive strategy to funnel perimeter scorers in the paint. And on offense they lost nothing... if anything they gained something by creating a mismatch with their size at the 4 spot in the post.

D-Mo's never going to be a 7 foot defensive anchor, but his size that he can grow into can really be a huge asset defensively at the 4 spot next to a defensive center like Asik.

I am sure nobody seen what D-Mo really can do so far . The problem is playing practice , team chemistry with him in lineup , just give him time till the end of this season and playoffs and i think then we can speculate . His ceiling is superstar.
He is at breakthrough year and you can mark this 24 pts 7.5 reb 40% 3pt in 36 min next season.
