Jordan spent 8 years being beaten by the Pistons so does that mean he sucks? Sometimes **** are out of your control if the Rox played in the East instead of facing against Utah, Portland and OKC maybe they'd get to the 2nd round.
I'm a bit skeptical of the overall process. It seems very recency-bias-y. Of the 16 best teams in the league (10 West, 6 East) 14 of them are in the top 18. Of the 9 currently tanking teams only Utah is ranked in the top 18.
