Melo chucks away so he is the better scorer but the worse team player. Team records are pretty indicative (and one plays in the west and the other in the east..)
deadlines over but buyout players can still be brought in or players from over seas, like how morey got BEV can still come. Morey never stops working.
I feel like the leadership aspect is an overrated factor, these guys right now don't need that. Each one has shown leadership characteristics, giving each other pointers. They're still learning to play together. I would say they're biggest weakness is turnovers and the inability to get rebounds. I almost always expect teams to get the rebound after a missed shot, it's bad.
