Rafer's going to play well, Francis is going to dunk on people's heads, and Clutchfans will spontaneously explode.

    Other predictions:
Obama will massively win tomorrow night. Massively.

UH will win a bowl game this year.

Texas will not end up in the National Championship.

San Antonio will finish no higher than 6th in the West.

left off Landry. But I agree on Landry..good enough reasoning for me by Hollinger.

In terms of Rafer.. I'm gonna hope for last season's production overall, except he won't be shooting as much cause there are more scorers on the team now (and AB/Barry will cut into his minutes just b/c they deserve time also).

How can you decline, when you've never had anything to decline from?

and yet the Rockets record shows that the team is much better with Rafer than without.

And yet the Rockets haven't gone very far with Rafer at the Helm.

I think this season will mark a changing of the guard in essence...rafer may not lose his starter position, but he's certainly not off to a good start.

He will bounce back and have a regular Rafer season, for better and for worse. I've always liked what he brought to the Rockets but also realized that he is a guy who becomes less effective once his minutes go past the mid 20s. I am optimistic that a combo of Rafer/Brooks with Tmac and Barry picking up spot minutes will be good enough to get this team to the Finals.

I think Rafer deserves some respect when he, according the team's record over the last few years, is the second most important player (behind Tmac) when it comes to wins and losses.

Hell, I can imagine 19,000 posts. I mean, there are people WAY more active than I am on here.

That could be because the rest of the players are used to him, even if he is below average to bad. Imagine what this team could do with a good PG.
