Lmao at people thinking we can just trade him in the off season.

Nobody will want an injury prone 32 year old guard only scoring 16ppg on average efficiency making 56 million for the next 3 years.

Our last tradable 1st wouldn’t get us close to being able to dump that contract, let alone can anything positive in return for it.

Only thing we will be able to do is either A. keep him, B trade him for another terrible contact like Horford, C. use our 1st to dump him for a worse player on not as bad (but still bad) contract.

Let the man sit out and completely heal. Don't we still have Ben Mac. If Maclemore can't pick up the slack coming off the bench then there is no point in having him.

Yes, he is soooooooo worthless, he scored 50pts while our backcourt tandem out, nearly singlehandedly silenced jazz, so much gorgeous praises right after the game.
just 2 games before, Short memory.

I agree with this. He is solid in playoffs and always shows up. Let’s not let this back to back loss call for his head.

How is he going to shoot if he stops getting passes?

hopefully he plays well in the playoffs again so that package can be used on Oubre or Winslow.

It was a stupid decision to give him an extension, I said it when we first gave it to him. We should have let him play out the season and see what he could do for us in a contract year since we know he's 30 something and injury prone.

Ok, but what exactly are you proposing? Complaining on Clutchfans doesn’t solve anything or make the team better. Trade deadline has come and gone. So, what should the Rockets do THIS SEASON with Gordon.

He's been a mostly lazy and selfish regular season player for 2 years now. Growing tired of it as well as his constant whining about every foul.

    When he's good, he's good.

Perfectly put, oh god the constant whining, is it wrong to want the refs to give him a tech every time he does it? He really needs to go ASAP, I was expecting him to be traded last year!

EG is honestly very annoying...he b*tches and cries every single time he drives to the rim...he takes the dumbest shots...when he tries to create for others and many times for himself, it’s tragic

he manages to play much better in the playoffs, so I’ll give him credit for that

he is the most overrated player on this team by this board without question

It is why I wanted him traded before he signed an extension his value will only continue to decline.

The classic “what have you done for me lately” thread.

the guy has fallen off from previous seasons but he’s still a baller. He’s basically our third best player, really the only guy outside of harden and Westbrook who can create for himself

I think people are being a little ungrateful, this guy has a solid 16 ppg and is the ultimate role player. Also has the ability to score insane numbers randomly.

He’s gonna have bad games but the dude is a perfect fit for us. Every team wants a guy like Gordon on it to provide secondary scoring and play making.

Why is Gordon playing back to backs and Westbrook doesn’t?

I guess different surgeries? Gordon looked like he still should be out in one game of B2B’s

What's important is whether Eric Gordon is having fun.
