I’m still stunned how during Dwight’s absence in the 014-015 Harden was leading this team to the second seed with Black as his starting center and not only that he was making black look good.
Best case scenario since there's probably no option out there that can play the pace of the current Rockets with enough B-Ball IQ to keep up at the 5. Hope Anderson grabs 10+ boards every other PlayOff game like he's capable off.
Actually, he's been pretty good in the Chinese league. Not great, but definitely above average. He's still got some game. But yeah, likely hates the Rockets FO at this point.

Im not concerned with this. This buyout class could be loaded with centers: Andrew Bogut Brook Lopez Nerlens Noel Mo Speights Branden Wright Could also be a surprise or two. We will be fine whether or not we make a move.
Jar jar is the key to all of this. And capela/ nene. I agree with OP we are walking a thin line of championship and first round exit relying on capela and nene. I dont understand by we dont get another center/pf that can add some level scoring/ defense. Without capela and or nene then we are pretty much screwed. I would put it past a draymond green or some other goon taking out capela. Cp3 and harden are great players but with zero rim protection zero offense inside it will be virtually impossible. I wish we could have done something. Im more ok with sitting nene and capela to have in playoffs then grind them into ground to get that 1st seed
Codman you made my day....hopefully he gets bought out and we bring another “big” in as i have seen enough of the low iq Black on the court. For clarity to ther posters, I never said fire Morey as he is a great GM. I think most of us agree that if either Clint or Nene get injured, our whole season (just like last year) goes down the toilet. We don’t need an all-star, just a capable “big” to prevent Harden or Anderson having to cover a 7 foot center and giving up 15+ rebounds and uncontested layups.
