Pretty much anything by Burial and Synkro. I like music minimal vocals or at least not overwhelming the track.

Burial and Skillrex are about the only artists I have heard of in this thread outside the post that DCKid had.

I'm more of an old school electronic fan and I enjoy albums by these artists:

    Tangerine Dream
    Klaus Schulze
    Jean-Michel Jarre
    Mother Mallard's Portable Masterpiece Company
    Ashra
    Kraftwerk
    Moby
    Chemical Brothers
    Prodigy
    Fatboy Slim
    Underworld
    Orbital
    The Orb
    Leftfield
    Daft Punk

I like your list as a good 90's primer of electronic music back then. And you have the really old school(Kraftwerk) on there too.

    Royksopp & Robin

I also really like Blackmill, here's a compilation of some of his songs

I have it in the original box set. Love Godley and Creme and 10cc.

At the risk of sidetracking the thread I'll insert a somewhat electronic cut...

Impressive. In 40 years of record collecting I've only seen one other box set of the albums in a record store. Seen a few of the CD. A friend had a copy in college,

Speaking of electronic music. What happened to the "big beat" electronica of the mid-to-late 90s? It seems like that was a period genre that is no longer in existence. That stuff was aggressive, loud, and often pretty damn catchy and accessible. I guess it just ran out of ideas. I'm talking Prodigy, Chemical Brothers, Basement Jaxx, Fatboy Slim, etc (maybe even Moby).

I bought the last two Basement Jaxx albums, but they were pretty weak overall. Not even sure if there is any other current groups in existence that are comparable. Most of the electronic music I like nowadays is pretty mellow or not very accessible.
