Middleton's been awful today. DDR has been great. Casey doing a good job of telling Toronto guards to pressure Brogdon as he's really not a true PG. And finally Powell gets PT, much less inserted in the starting lineup.
I've been calling for Powell in this series and no surprise that he's come up with huge contributions today. Can't believe it took Casey 4 games to do this. And Jonas has been absolutely killing it. Wake up CASEY!
Bucks scared to shoot a 3. Everyone playing hot potato and eventually someone drives to the basket for a 2 when they needed a 3.
Damnit, Bucks! Everyone wants to see Greek Freak v LeBron. Nobody wants to see 'the North' fake hustle and get dogwalked like we all know they will.
As for people whining about Toronto, what do you expect from this team? Stars are not lining up to go to Toronto, so they gave the best players that they were able to acquire max contract. Credit to these players, that while they may not be legit superstars, they play their butt off every year in the regular season and playoffs, and their team gets to where they should be based on their talent level. Not every team in the league can be a contender. Toronto has done the best it can with what it has to give the fans a good product every year. That's the best you can ask them to, which is why their fans love them.
So has the league figured out Toronto's tax issues No one wants to go there because of it . .. or rather they lose some dollars to go there on the same contract and well .. it is Toronto . .. a place most folx don't know much about Rocket River
You been one of most ignorant posters on this forum for year and this tax absurd is just cherry on top, why don't you just google the **** out before constantly spitting crap 24/7.
But if you go to Toronto you have many more opportunities with ads, commercials and becoming famous and get great jersey sales than in a small market or irrelevant team. Because in Canada they have a huge following, there are tv shows/documentaries about the team etc. And there's a good chance that you can make it as an All-star starter. If Wall or Walker i.e were playing with the Raptors they would have started at least in one ASG. (Which it may not matter to us, but for the players it does). I think in the East, Toronto should be middle of the pack and rising, as far as preferable FA destinations go. Anyway as far as this game, I'm not surprised at all. Kidd sucks as coach and the team is young and inexperienced.
Man watching Giannis play, his athleticism and length is Hakeem like. Hakeem needs to get his hands on him, teach him all his post moves. Giannis long term position seems to be PF with the way he filled out.
The Raptors looks so good on paper but so awful on the court. They need to take a deep look in the mirror before deciding on re-upping Lowry and Ibaka.
The deer is going down, guys. Experience over youth. Too bad, I too wanted the Bucks to advance. Lowry is over rated and never liked Defrozen.
This series not only shows that inside presence that the Bucks need and continued development of Thon Maker, but has stressed the need for Jabari Parker.
Do the Bucks have any shooters? Guys are wide open for 3s and passing up shots. Rockets would kill for these open looks. Where is that resident Bucks expert, Makakas???
I was on the Jason Kidd bandwagon, but now I'm off. No good coach starts Thon Maker over Gregory Monroe or Matthew Dellavedova. The guy is a mad man who's making terrible decisions right now. I hope the owner demanded the Maker start. This was idiotic.
