Lol I don't know about the rest of the Cavs but Bron didn't congratulate anyone. He's disappointed though so I don't think it is a big deal.
Yeh thats it. Apparently though Mo Williams is an all star and Brown was the best coach this year in the NBA....
And people thought that I was crazy when I said if the Magic had a healthy Jameer nelson they could win it all.
What a sucky last two months for McGrady. Rockets make it past the first round and Magic go to the finals. The consolation? Wesibrod isn't around to rub it in.
A team that overachieved but was also helped by playing in the East. Lebron has made great strides, but he still has a long way to go. He needs a lot of help as well.
cant stand how everyone's so reactionary.......when cleveland ran thru detroit and atlanta......all these analysts were saying they're playing the best out of everyone...Lebron finally has help, mo williams is stepping up, delonte west now all of a sudden, they lose it's "ohhh lebron has no help" when the only reason they won game 5 is cause they hit the outside shots lebron got them......and today biggest game of the year, lebron scores 0 in the 2nd quarter......2 pts (maybe it was 3, i forget) in the 4th........this isnt about help......elimination game, you gotta drop more than 22
Lebron does that every time he loses a series, it was interesting how he wanted to stay on the court, until the final buzzer, I guess he wanted to go down with the ship.
last i checked, after jameer nelson went down people thought the magic were done in come rafer alston......they're in the finals.....and they there were at least 2 games vs the cavs that the magic won that Rafer played a huge role in.
I think this probably seals the deal with LeBron leaving in 2010. Think about it until this point: 66 wins, two playoff sweeps, an MVP award, and a (undeserving, considering what Adelman did) Coach of the Year award. And yet, they could not get it done. LeBron was a freak this series, up until tonight, by averaging over 40 points a game, among other things. They have a problem at the center position that has been glaring for years: Ilgauskus is soft on defense and Ben Wallace has no offensive game. Mo Williams completely disappeared this series, I have no idea why Wally Szcerbiak got so much time, and Delonte West, of all people, was their second-best player in this series. Barring a miracle next year, Cleveland can kiss LeBron goodbye.
David Stern will be jumping off a tall tower tonight, lol. Crazy game and not at all what I expected to go down this series. Alston in the finals? Wow.
Saving the season for the contending Orlando team by stealing a starter pg to fill the void, that Orlando GM pulled some magic.
