I haven't really had the time to review E3 content. But here's some games I really liked (mostly Sony/indie games, but I couldn't find a lot on some interesting Xbone games, e.g., D4, Below, Quantum Break, etc., and I'm still behind on Nintendo games): Transistor: <iframe width="560" height="315" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/qoPOe4nY2yI" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe> I love this game now (one of my favorites of the show). Beautiful game with great music and interesting gameplay concept. Might get it on Steam, though could be a good PS+ game. Sadly, 2014. (Here's how you can make money on a game without worrying about the used game market.) Octodad: <iframe width="560" height="315" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/OrTvXOmOiX4" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe> Such a ridiculous idea, but it looks fun. Outlast: <iframe width="560" height="315" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/1Vcgdl4xQ18" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe> !!! Daylight: <iframe width="560" height="315" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/5Sau52m8Zr0" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe> Think I like Outlast more, but I like the style of this game too. Need more horror games. Murdered: Soul Suspect: <iframe width="560" height="315" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/YNyDrEvHnTA" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe> The game seems like it is pretty unique and interesting. Not super confident in the developer (made so-so games in the past), but maybe this will turn out great (or at least have only minor problems). Beyond (PS3) <iframe width="560" height="315" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/emiXYT9ux94" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe> This includes The Dark Sorcerer bit I posted earlier I think (you can just ignore that part), but the majority of the video is about Beyond for the PS3. It looks amazing to me. Seems like QD really took some of Heavy Rain's criticisms to heart. Much more "gameplay" with Beyond, though still the same type of game at its core, for those of us who loved Heavy Rain (and other QD games). Visuals are pretty insane. I really don't like seeing so much of the game (I've tried to skip most of the media), but couldn't help watching this. Wish they could make a PS4 version (doesn't look to far off from a PS4 game at spots). Would love to see it at 1080p with a smooth frame rate.
I just now saw that they are re-launching this series. <iframe width="560" height="315" src="//www.youtube.com/embed/f_vWs6MpBfo" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe> I just really hope that it is built as a 3rd person. I hate 1st person anything.
