Good deal for him. Best decision for him. Not mad. I appreciated the 3 years.

Atlanta, Memphis, Portland are all having to overpay to get stars. Let's see if the Rockets do the same.

The Hawks will likely regret this. But they want" true relevancy" .....in theory, yeah it sounds great. He could feast in the East while giving Atlanta what it really needs in the middle. But, alas, I don't see Dwight staying healthy for more than half the games during the lifetime of this contract.
3 yrs 70 mil is a deceptive deal loaded with years of desperation/downside risk ....

I wish him luck and am glad he went EAST. Not a bad guy by any means, but just rubs you the wrong way with his phony personality. Oh well, he did beast in the playoffs for us. ATL just got a dominant front line once Horford resigns.

I doubt this because of the reputation of Les.

Interesting. But, how does it ramify?

Not sorry DHo is gone, but not a hater either.

Just saw that Dwight was #16 on The Vertical's list of the top 100 FAs.

He didn't leave on bad terms because the Rockets aren't messy b****es.

Dwight quit on the team and then threw the Rockets franchise, Harden and Morey under the bus during his media interview tour.

Even after all this Rockets, Morey and Harden simply said no comment.

There is a reason there isn't a huge uproar on Clutchfans now that he's gone. When was the last time that happened? Never. it has never happened.

KD is not going anywhere. He's just listening to teams and wasting their time as well as his. We need to get Bazemore and Horford.

Good luck Dwight. You're welcome back here in Houston to play. Maybe at 24.

I think every team has a minimum payroll of 85 million. Players going to get paid. Even the bad players are going to get paid.

Remember, they traded Jeff Teague. So that took like $6m off their salary (minus the 12th pick's cap hold). So, I think that gets them pretty close to paying Howard and keeping Horford's Bird Rights.

They'll have to lose Bazemore, cut Humphries or make a trade to add a few million more to the cap room.
