    Whoops.

    Either way this team is shockingly good fast. The Thunder were just like us in 2010. They had more talent too. They were the 8th seed and only won 2 games against the Lakers in the first round.

    The future is trending up for us as well.

    How much more different is the Thunders roster now. Obviously Harden but they made to the finals last year. from 2010 to 2012 who did they add Kendrick Perkins?

    A combination of the Lakers getting old and Dallas getting old. The comeback against the Spirs seems like a flash in the pan TBH. This team needs to build the core of role players like OKC did and they need Parsons to become an All-Star. Harden, Parsons and Howard = Westbrook, Durant and Ibaka if our young Rockets get better which is the course.

    I see that there's some confusion as to what I posted. What I meant is a younger brighter future Rockets team getting swept looks better than a supposed threat for championship team getting swept

    I think we can, but it would have to be Asik + someone else to match Smith's salary (maybe Garcia can still be traded)? I like the idea even if it puts us in the luxury tax. Having a starting frontcourt of Smith and Howard is a luxury and Les better pony up and pay for it if the opportunity is present. That is a championship caliber team.

    Plus, Morey is good at finding backup role players at bargain contracts. I'm not worried about not having the full MLE which always end up being bad contracts.
