    Dwight in Boston immediately makes their team better. They lacked the ability to rebound and defend the rim last season it was their downfall in the playoffs. They can also get another player free agent because they will not pay him Max money

    Working on thoracic rotation in the pool and his hip hinge in the gym..two of his biggest problems....

    So like I said..this may come back to haunt us..

    Lol. Doing a regular workout that every player does? Dwight is a gym freak, that doesn't mean he's' smart on the floor. He will make a team better but I am glad he won't be here.

    It's kind of like seeing someone eating chicken and when they say they're cutting their body fat, you say "lol by eating something everyone else does?"

    Unless you know how them eating that chicken fits a larger process, then you wont see it as helpful.

    In Dwights case he probably had trouble swimming before, hence "when I get my stroke right" so to him it isnt a regular workout.....same goes for the squatting..he couldn't drop down low enough before.

    Please no resigning Dwight. Not a good locker room character guy and won't be a perfect fit based on his ego and decline. No need even with all that talent.

    [rQUOTEr]When Dwight Howard starts having his free agent meetings on Friday he'll seek a contract starting at $24 million a season according to a source.

    Howard is expected to conduct his meetings in his hometown of Atlanta with the Hawks and the Boston Celtics having secured the first discussions with the center.

    Portland and Charlotte have also expressed interest in Howard, who declined a player option with the Rockets at $23.2 million.

    The amount Howard is seeking isn't that far off from what he declined with the Rockets. However, the Rockets don't believe Howard was worth paying $23.2 million and wanted the 30-year old to take a contract at a reduced financial package.

    24M seems fair but still a tad to rich for my taste. I was thinking 18-22M would be a fair deal for Howard, given his injuries and lack of an offensive gain.
