I have been a Dwight critic. But I like what he said. It shows maturity.

Harden is the main culprit. He got away with playing careless defense just because he's a superstar.

Season because we are less talented and won't win as many games as last year. It's going to be rough so we better pay attention to detail and be more focused.

    Not really...let's see:
    1) We lost Parsons
    2) Our bench got weaker
    3) We still have McHale as our coach
Result = 48 wins and probably 7th or 8th seed in the West. Also, if Howard gets injured, we won't be in the playoffs...always bad luck in Houston sports

He's referring to their state of mind, not that it made the team better on paper going into this year.

Yep I blame harden for Aldridge having the best series of his career, pbev's fever, Lin not calling crucial timeout and letting someone steal the ball from him and parsons on rotating late and lillard making that improbable 3

right...and if last year didn't exist and I told you in come 2016 the Rockets would add Parsons and Asik and Lin to add to PG/C depth, you'd say "wow what an upgrade!!!"

    lol

Unfortunately we had the year before that when Lin showed himself to be a TO machine so I would say, "oh noes."

Don't forget that Asik would reveal himself as refusing to play backup C.

Why do people keep forgetting that our lineup last year wasn't some magical thing where everyone was happy with their role and thus everything should have clicked?

You actually should blame harden for lilard's 3. He was the guy who asked parsons and Bev go switch.

Where were harden in the playoffs? He almost cost us game 3 and was a no show in game 5. Compare to Howard had done in the playoff, Harden is a star on paper. Didn't he disappear last year as well except the last two games?

You know this how? I blame all the players on the floor at that time for switching up coverage. And especially McHale for not having them under control.

Actually, if you asked me whether I would like to have last year's roster (and their contracts) rather than our current roster, I would not want to.
