Why do people keep saying this? We'd dump him for a bag of peanuts. Hell, we'd give someone a bag of peanuts to take him. He is a burden and we have more flexibility without him.
I still think Dwight could be trying to get a sign and trade with the Lakers. Obviously it would be 4 years but worth more than the 88 million dollars.
why would that make him ****ty? Everyone thought Dwight was coming here due to bad reporting. It is the ****ty media and Houston fans who are trying to blame this on Howard and not the media. Beverly has said nothing about Howard being flaky. I have yet to hear Broussard apologize for telling everyone Howard called the Lakers and turned them down.
Question: how is it that we've been discussing this for weeks and there are still people that think he can be traded with a five year contract?
no its the same contract. the only purpose if the sign and trade is to get on a team that does not have cap space.
why can't he talk with Lakers even he is planning to sign here? He was in laker's uniform for one season and I do not think there is any problem for this kind of thing. He also might try to see the possibility of S&T, which are understandable.
Alex Kennedy @AlexKennedyNBA It's Houston. Source close to Dwight Howard confirms that he'll join the Rockets. He'll inform the Lakers and make an official decision.
Come on don't bash the guy with actual problems because the guy who can't make up his mind and is incredibly flaky is frustrating you

This. The media with their "multiple sources" confirmed it. The Lakers nor the Rockets had confirmed and neither did Dwight himself. Even his agent said don't listen yet to the media.
