Durant or not, 1st depaends on lateral agility

if someone is 6"10, lateral agility is 10.5sec-11.5sec, it is good

if it is over 12sec, no sf way. pls be pf.

if it is over 13 sec pls be 5

if it is over 15sec, go home, watching tv and write a post @ clutchfans

Thats like saying someone is very fast if they run 20 mins, fast if they run 25, average if they run 30 and slow if they run 35.

What are we talking about? X miles, feet, laps, etc???

And just to be technical, you don't measure agility. You're looking for "speed".
