All Burger King commercials are pretty stupid, especially the ones with the "soccer moms" trying to take out The King. Lame-o. Yea and definitely have to agree with the one on the kid giving his parents advice on mutual funds. That one little boy in particular is so damn insufferable - argh.
Ha. Really? I've never even seen that commercial but I just looked up some screen shots. Similar looking guy I suppose. See "ClutchCityReturns' first post in this thread"
Maybe it's just me, but I thought IBM's buzzword bingo was absolutely hilarious. Especially after having just completed a course in marketing.
Ahhhh. I'm glad we both vehemently hate this commercial. The kid is annoying as hell and it lasts foreverrrrrrr.
Head On...apply directly to the forehead. Head On...apply directly to the forehead. Head On...apply directly to the forehead. Head On...apply directly to the forehead. Head On...apply directly to the forehead. Head On...apply directly to the forehead. Head On...apply directly to the forehead. Head On...apply directly to the forehead. Head On...apply directly to the forehead. Head On...apply directly to the forehead. Head On...apply directly to the forehead. Head On...apply directly to the forehead. Head On...apply directly to the forehead. Head On...apply directly to the forehead.
We've got a winner. The commercial so bad that Head On actually makes fun of it in another commercial.
I don't know if this belongs here, but I will share it anyways; I love the "need a better game" commercial on Sports Radio 610 with the people playing charades.. it starts out with: let's go man, you're the king of charades... one word 1st word whale submarine ok, gas pump.. gas pump is 2 words.. so.. so? we are guessing the 1st word, gas pump is the dumbest guess ever.. does he look like he is propelling gas into a combustion engine? hey, you guessed submarine.. does he look like he is cruising under water with a periscope? I found it really hilarious, but then again, I am kinda r****ded so you gotta doubt my judgement in what's funny and what's not.. btw, I love the "need a better game" commercial on TV where the 2 dudes are playing chess or checkers or whatever and the guy tries to cheat, then he drops his glass and a whole chain reaction takes place.. pretty hilarious.. HOWEVER, that other lottery commercial with the frisby is just r****ded and not funny.. no?
That Snickers commercial of that viking throwing that trash can...got real old the 2nd time I saw it. The fact that it's suppose to be humorous and fails (at least to me) makes it even more annoying.
I think that one is pretty hilarious, actually: especially the part at the end where he says liabilities are a nightmare, then kind of cringes. I don't know if I'm more impressed with what seem to be adult-like mannerisms, or him memorizing a script which he probably doesn't understand half of.
No, mine didn't either. She's an immigrant, so there's a pretty good chance that even after forty years in this country, she actually doesn't know what the fork a patty melt is. Hell, I can barely imagine it myself. Is it like an open-faced burger on a slice of bread, or something? I'll chalk this one up to overworked six-figure-salaried ad execs not doing a whole lotta cooking for their offspring.
They say a man should always dress for the job he wants So why am I dressed up like a Pirate in this restaurant? It's all because some hacker stole my identity Now I'm in here every evening serving chowder and Iced Tea. Shoulda gone to Freeeeeee Creditreport dot com I could have seen this coming at me like an atom bomb they monitor your credit and send you email alerts So you don't end up selling fish to tourists in tee shirts.
That's why it can't be considered that bad, IMO. Most of these commercials people thought were really good/non-annoying ideas.
Any $19.99 product that shows a person using an established competitive product and they suddenly have a stroke, then miraculously recover to show the superiority of the 19.99 crap. And Billy Mays.
