Which party supported extending the payroll tax cut and which was against? There are some dense people in this thread, to be sure, you and basso are at the top of that list.
You are the one complaining. The consequence of GOP spite and their electoral fail is that they are so "anti tax" that they favor a tax increase on working folks that hits them hard in order to assent to slightly higher taxes to the super-rich. For a party that hates women, they certainly be acting like some b****es. Worthy of note- since you saw a difference from this paycheck to the last in SS withholding- this necessarily means you make under the 106k annual limit. This is squarely at odds with your previous income related claims in past posts, most of which have you killin' it to the tune of champagne wishes and caviar dreams.....rough year in the stereo sales biz? 8 tracks no longer flying off the shelves. Don't sweat it bro. Hopefully the debt ceilinh figjt won't cost your Section Ocho voucher.
go back and look at the OP- it's a quote from DU thread. and as to killing it, i'm currently sippin' single malt in a room with a gorgeous view of SF Bay, listening to high end tunes on a hi res rig. you?
The best hotel in SF is probably the Fairmont IMO - not much of a bay view from Nob Hill, but whatever floats. Laughing at you from Greenpoint, streaming Rox v. Bux. Did you even know what FICA was before you got this rude awakening when you saw your paycheck got diminished, thanks to the angry wrath of a spiteful Boehner god?
have stayed at the fairmont, although it's been a few years, was a little long in the tooth in my opinion. had a nice view of the transamerica building from my balcony.
