Don't Forget What Utah Did

    They want to lose, but I'm sure they don't want to get embarrassed to the tune of 40 points or so. That's exactly what I hope we do to them.

    I agree that Utah certainly didn't sign those two expirings to become a contender. They wanted those future picks and they probably wanted a year to regroup featuring their young bigs. I believe Biedrins and Jefferson can even contribute there. In the NBA you can't always get to the target directly. You need to do these maneuvers to create the circumstances that allow you to create the best roster. I'm not sure at all that Utah made a bad move.

    Next year Kanter and Favors have a lot more experience. They drop Biedrins, Jefferson and Williams and sign some expensive players because they can afford that. They'll be ready to go.
