Esty, my MAN...are you self medicating again? Do we need to have an intervention? Are you confusing juggling "patients" to juggling crack-rocks?
I'm not blaming all teachers, my wife was a teacher, her deceased mother was a great teacher, 2 of my sisters are teachers, my nephew is a teacher... I can go on and on but here is my point: There are good and bad teachers, unfortunately, our educational institution(as well as others) got hijacked by the lefties. A visit to any school campus in America from grade school to higher education will confirm that.
Probably can't go further than that. So your original point was to say "LOL the black teachers are failing lulz!" You've been spanked left and right here, just admit you made a dumb post.
I've got some real good natural supplements to clear up that fog in your brain, your posts don't make any sense!
Why we're talking about Collective Bargaining in Wisconsin in this thread (not that you mentioned it specifically... you're welcome!) I don't know, but your I see your non-sequitur, and I raise you: The five states where collective bargaining for public employees is illegal (Guess if Texas is one?) are all in the bottom 1/3 of the nation in SAT scores. See how fun that was?! And your "visit any campus" thing is a joke. Nice buzzwords... hijacked... lefties (hey wait, I'm left handed!) but what does that even mean? Texas has been well on its way for a long while to not putting up with that demokrautliberalturdian brainwashing! Did I mention we're 45th out of 50 in SAT scores as of 2010? What it has to do with arguing the intent of the Koran with a congressman, I have no idea, but it's been nice playing Non-sequiturama with you. TELL HIM WHAT HE'S WON, BOB!
Allen West originally wanted to hire the woman who made the statement "If ballots don't work bullets will" to be his campaign manager. Anyone who sees guns and violence as an answer to political problems is despicable including Alan West.
You do understand that teacher unions fight with everything they have to keep that system in place? They don't want parent involvement. They don't want choice. It's a threat to their establishment / paycheck. http://www.joannejacobs.com/2010/10/union-protests-parent-volunteers/ Union protests parent volunteers October 22, 2010 By Joanne Parent volunteers are under fire at a northern California school that’s laid off support staff, reports the Santa Rosa Press-Democrat. The classified employees’ union at Petaluma Junior High School claims it’s illegal for volunteers to supervise at lunch, answer phones in the front office or help a salaried librarian monitor students in the library before classes begin, all paid jobs that were eliminated due to budget cuts. The union even opposes the use of parent volunteers in new positions.
In general adults who haven't been trained shouldn't be supervising children in educational settings. I'm glad the union only wants qualified people working there. As a parent I would not my child supervised by an adult with no training in the area.
You do understand that extrapolating a single incident as evidence indicative of an overriding policy or strategy is irrational, reckless, and reeking of idiocy, right?
