Good to see DMo saving money on neighborhood CrossFit clubs, so he can go to Killen's BBQ more often.

That looks like a really bad exercise for someone with chronic lower back issues. "This is a great workout I invented Dmos, because it's not using any fancy machines....just a chain and horizontal pull-ups. That makes it Real and truly "Cross Fit". Lay down here, and keep your back as straight as possible, and Ima gonna hang a heavy chain from your stomach. Then you simply do some pull-ups. Now, keep that back perfectly straight."

Yeah, I'm sure it sculps your abs tremendously and builds your core, but it is also straining your lower back to keep the back straight, as part of that exercise.. Straight-leg, Sit-ups build your core, too. And they have gone out of favor for how much strain the put on your lower back.

DMo:. How can I show people that I'm working out and at the same time look tough and sexy?

Trainer: I could whip you over the back with a huge chain I keep draped over the seat in my Chevy Spark while you do push-ups!!

DMo: (Looking Disturbed) Why don't you just drape it over my stomach with my shirt off while I do back exercises and flash my tats?

Trainer: Very sexy! Me next! Me next!

Lol "heavy" chain ... That dude picked it up casually with one arm and tossed it away .

Dmo looked like he was struggling too.

Yeah. Remember that quote on the day he was introduced by the Rockets. He said Dwight will have to catch him to contain him.

The word "warrior" just exudes from him.

ha. No. Dwight just gets more media coverage of his dumb comments

All delusional low-post players who think they deserve the ball much more than they get it are mental scrubs. That's their problem. They can't accept reality, and end up giving up on $30m on principle to sign for the minimum.

It is time to make amends with Dmo and sign him in March.

Lock the thread. Scola had 31 points & 23 rebounds against Motiejunas on a Christmas day, while DMo just 12/9. Scola is the real X Factor.
