Hate is strong man... it can do that to you unfortunately for him.

I dont like to see anyone with that disease though. It aided in taking my mother out when I had just graduated high school

Good post. No sense in hating people, things. It is not worth your health.

Sorry if I seem cynical, but this sounds like an opportunistic revelation

Regardless, I wish him all the best

posted in the original sterling thread because I'm sure this thread will go in that direction after a few pages.;)

in any event, sucks for the guy. hope he kicks cancer's arse. he definitely has the financial solvency to get it taken care of... .and then some.

from my very limited knowledge of prostate cancer, it is one where far fewer die... right?

anyhow, get better, sterling and clean up the wreakage when you can.

It's hard to be sorry for Sterling after what he said.

My uncle had prostate cancer. I think you cant get it up because of of it, but he was in his 60s and sterling is in his 80s so big difference. 15 years later and he is doing fine. He smokes a lot too.

no it's not. He didn't hurt anyone. I wouldn't wish cancer on my worst enemy. Despite what he said, I hope he pulls through

So now NBA owners will be voting out a guy that has cancer. That's like firing a bit on the same day his wife left him

Twitter has gone really really sour on him saying that at least his lifetime ban will be shorter.

Freaking awful to say that. Wouldn't wish cancer on anyone. Get better soon, Sterling.

He hurt someone when he refused to pay for his assistant coach's prostate cancer treatment.

He has all the money in the world to get the best treatment he can, he'll pull through as long as medically possible.

He's known it for a while, so it leaked for publicity and allow Clippers players some humanizing aspect.
